BIOGRAPHY

CZAR Josh, born Joshua McMillion, is a southern hip hop artist out of Lynchburg, Virginia, but raised in the East Georgia/Metro Atlanta region. Born with a severe speech impediment, he strives to highlight the social ills of life while expressing himself as a black man in America, sharing his faith and his heart in every song.

CZAR Josh has opened up for and shared the stage with artists such as Ghostface Killah, Swoope, C.J King, Aaron Cole, and KJ-52. In 2018 Czar Josh released his Debut EP, For Your Heart, which debuted at #122 on the iTunes Charts. For Your Heart produced singles such as EyezOnThaPrize and Black Boy Joy, both achieving major success. CZAR and his collective Culture Villains released a compilation album, Preseason, in February of 2019. The projected spurned the singles IDWCMH and Can’t Help It for Josh. The album charted at #46 on the iTunes Hip Hop charts.

CZAR Josh is expected to release his sophomore project in late 2020.
